If your booking includes hotel + tickets, we will give you the included tickets per person and per stay at check-in. Your ticket access works as follows:
 

Bookings of 1 or 2 nights:

→ 1 combined 1-day ticket for PortAventura Park & Ferrari Land on the same day (as long as the parks are open).
 

Bookings of 3 nights or more:

→ 1 “2 days, 2 parks” ticket:

• 1 day with access to both PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (same day)
• 1 additional day with access to PortAventura Park (as long as the parks are open).
   

If your booking does not include tickets, you can purchase them at reception at an excellent price.

We offer three board types to suit your needs:

• Bed & Breakfast → Buffet breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30
• Half Board → Buffet breakfast & dinner (drinks not included). Dinner: 19:00 to 23:00
• All Inclusive → Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer and house wine), plus snacks and drinks at the pool bar.

Tip: Book your preferred board option in advance to secure the best price.

Your room will be available from 15:00 once check-in is completed.

On departure day, the room must be vacated by 11:00.

If your booking includes PortAventura World tickets, we recommend arriving early, collecting your tickets at reception and making the most of the day at the theme parks.

Yes. You can keep your room until 16:00 for €50, or until 20:00 for €65. This service is subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance. Please check at reception on the day of arrival — if available, you can book it on the spot.
