Yes, a free transfer service from Ponient Dorada Palace to PortAventura Park is offered from May to October (round trip).

Ponient Dorada Palace offers a comprehensive entertainment program throughout the day for adults and children.

The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools available from the end of April until mid-October.

The most common opening hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM*.
*Both (calendar and schedule) may vary without prior notice depending on hotel operations and opening calendar.

Towel rental for the pool is available. The approximate price is €2 with a €15 deposit per towel.**

If your reservation is confirmed with the hotel with tickets option, at check-in we will provide you with the included tickets per person and stay.

We remind you of the access you have below:

• Stays of 1 and 2 nights: 1 ticket for 1 day to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land on the same day, provided the parks are open.
• Stays of 3 nights or more: 1 ticket for 2 days to 2 parks, 1 same day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1 day access to PortAventura Park, provided the parks are open.

If your reservation is confirmed with the rate without tickets, you can purchase them at the hotel reception at an irresistible price.

Underground parking is available for a fee, subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel (advance reservation is not possible).

The All-Inclusive package includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, daytime snacks and a selection of drinks served in the hotel’s restaurant and bars from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. It is designed to offer a comfortable and carefree holiday experience in Salou.

Ponient Dorada Palace offers the following meal plans:

• Bed and Breakfast: includes a buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant (open from 8 to 10:30 am*).
• Half Board: includes a buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Dinner drinks are payable directly at the hotel (not included in the price). Dinner hours are from 7 to 10 pm*.
• All-Inclusive: includes a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel restaurant, with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine). Lunch hours are from 1 to 3 pm*.  A selection of drinks and sandwiches is available from 10:30 am to 11 pm at the pool bar and night show bar.

You will have your room available from 3:00 PM once the check-in process is completed.

If you have chosen the rate with tickets to PortAventura World included, we recommend arriving early at the hotel, picking up the tickets at the reception, and starting to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Yes, you can extend your check‑out time. Late check‑out is available until 4 p.m. for €50, or until 8 p.m. for an additional €65.

This service is subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance. However, if you’re interested, simply enquire at reception on the day of your arrival, and if available, our team will be happy to arrange it for you.
